At Sparknix, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

30-Day Free Returns

We proudly offer free returns within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product should be unused or only lightly tested.
  • All original packaging and accessories should be included whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned if they have been heavily used, intentionally damaged, or altered after delivery.

We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Items returned without contacting customer support first

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos showing the product and packaging

Our team will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

If your order has already entered processing or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
